Hotsy Corporate recently introduced the Hotsy All Star Dealer certification program. It’s a commitment and promise to our enduser customers of the outstanding level of support, customer service and total Hotsy ownership experience they can expect when dealing with a Hotsy All Star Dealer. Hotsy Carlson is proud to announce they are the first dealer in the country to qualify for this prestigous certification.
We realize that manufacturing the highest quality equipment is not enough to create the total ownership experience our customers deserve, and that we as a company strive to provide. It takes much more than that. The Hotsy All Star program recognizes those Dealerships that excel in providing customers with the total Hotsy Ownership Experience, since that is where they direct experience occurs.
For a Hotsy Dealer, achieving All Star status is an ongoing yearly certification. All Star Dealers must maintain compliancy with all requirements, and pass on-site reviews conducted by their Regional Sales Manager.
